24 hours after the call, all tickets booked there are non-refundable (Except few Airlines likes of Spirit Airlines, Frontier, Sun Country, Southwest etc). After purchase, tickets for such airlines are non-refundable.

The nicest aspect of booking with us over the phone is that we'll let you know when you can cancel your ticket without penalty, saving you money on the reservation cancellation fee.

Following the expiration of your free cancellation period, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with airline policies in addition to the agency fee and regulations.

After booking, all tickets in the Basic Economy are non-refundable. American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines all sell basic economy tickets for flights inside the United States and, primarily, to destinations in Europe.

It may take up to two billing cycles from the date of cancellation to refund any cancelled tickets or to terminate any services.

When flying on American Airlines, Delta Airlines, or United Airlines for domestic or international travel, there are no refunds available for basic economy tickets.
